Tell your worries to come back later when they have actually gathered some evidence.
Then take a deep breath and let go.
Today is the tomorrow that you were worried about yesterday. Right? How many of those worries actually came true today? None or a few. We worry about the future, we worry about results. Worrying may not help you much when you actually face the reality because it is most likely to be very different and most of the times much easier than what you thought. But worry will definitely mess up your today. It usually takes a snowball effect, meaning, one worry leads to another and before you know it has a very huge impact on your mental state, you lose your ability to think, and end up making mistakes when you actually face the situation because your mind is prejudiced.
Shri Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita, why do you worry without any rhyme or reason? What has happened is for good, what is happening is also for good, and what will happen to you is also for your own good. Do not repent about past, do not worry about the future, present is going on. What better advice can you get about worrying.
So the next time worry bothers you, ask it to go away and gather some evidence and present it back to you. Just take a deep breath and let it go. Start to focus on the present, enjoy the little things around you and savor life.
I love you all very much
Stay blessed
